Webstore for trendy kids & mums If you are looking for trendy clothing for your kids, you've come to the right place. Since 2004 Roweyzz takes a great effort in finding and selecting the most trendy and fashionable collections for kids and teens. Since 2007 we also have a small selection for women. We prefer Dutch and Italian brands as they are very renewing and colorfull. We always consider the fabrics and models as nice clothes need a good fit to look great. We also have a nice selection on shoes for girls, boys and mama's, and some realy cute clothing for your baby. Please take a good look around and see if there's anything you like. We ship worldwide and outside Europe the 19% VAT on all our prices will be removed once you've logged in.

   If you find something you would like to order, you first have to login to your account. If you do not have an account you need to register. Go to INLOGGEN and follow the steps to register or logon. When registering you will receive a verification link by email to activate your account. Ordering is simple. You just click on the picture and select the correct size on the next page. Then you can shop some more or go to the checkout. When you are logged in the system will automatically fill in your details but you have to check them to be sure everything is okay. You then choose which way to pay (bank transfer or Paypal) and you have to accept our terms. On the following page you will see your order and when you click on okay it will be send to us (and you will receive a copy by email also). If you have chosen Paypal you can click on the logo to proceed with the payment online. For shipping we charge the normal TNT rates for international priority shipping with insurance. We ship as soon as possible after we receive full payment and normally it will arrive anywhere between 2 and 6 workingdays. If you want to return items you have to login and choose 'retourneren' from the side menu. Fill in the order number and the article number and click on okay. We will receive a 'return order' and you will get a copy by email also. When you ship the items back please add a note with the return order number on it. Roweyzz works with a store credit that you get in your customer account as soon as you have put in a return order. This amount will be automatically used on a next order. There for if you would like to exchange something you can order the new item(s)right after you have put in the return order so you do'nt have to wait till we get the items back before doing so. Do note that all cost for shipping and customs -if shipped back and not all accuired papers are in order- must be paid by the customer. Items on sale can not be exchanged or returned! Please ask questions before ordering if there is doubt. | ||||
